Introduced to the workshop at a young age by my mother, a trained silversmith - I then went on to complete a Bachelor of Design, majoring in printmaking and sculpture. I have worked in jewellery design since 2011.

INNATE draws and reflects on organic beauty and is created in a way that shows the hand of the maker in every piece.

Jewellery has always been a signifier – representing power, culture, familial lines, relationships and personal narrative. For me it is how I choose to display identity, a personal aesthetic and an intimate history.

I am drawn to the raw and imperfect but also to the elegant and refined and I hope that a piece of my work contains all of these elements. That’s when I know I’m finished.
